Perfect size wigwam, cute, well-equipped kitchen area. Informative app for pre, during, and post-stay details. Calm and quiet atmosphere, minimal interaction with staff. Tranquil setting, beautiful surroundings with cows and sheep. Fire pit for a romantic retreat, logs available at reception. Convenient location near village with shop and pub. Scenic views and parking next to the hut. Comfortable and basic amenities provided.

A lovely stay at Mains Farm with amazing views. The wigwam I stayed in was clean and tidy, and had all the necessary accessories included. I enjoyed cooking over the fire pit and having my own toilet and shower in the Lux wigwam. The location was excellent, close to attractions like the safari park and a nice park for kids. I also had a nice meal at the local pub in the village. I had a great experience at Mains Farm and would recommend it.

The lack of lighting on the paths at night, making it a bit difficult to navigate in the dark.

My stay at Mains Farm was fantastic. The running water wigwam was very comfortable and provided a unique glamping experience. The staff were friendly and the surrounding landscape was beautiful. There were plenty of activities to enjoy in the area, such as the bike circuit. The presence of a BBQ allowed us to cook our own meals and the convenience of having a shop on-site made it easy to get any essentials we needed. I had a great time at Mains Farm and would highly recommend it.
One small drawback was the lack of a play park on-site for the children. Additionally, there should have been a sign indicating that the helicopter was private accommodation.

The location of the hotel is beautiful and offers a stunning view, especially in the morning. the staff is pleasant and helpful, and the receptionist even checked if guests had enough firewood. the hotel provides a picnic bench and fire pit outside the room, adding to the overall experience.
The communication and service at the hotel could be improved.

The unique accommodation of staying in a helicopter was a fun and memorable experience. the interior of the helicopter was well done, with disco lights in the tail adding a nice touch. the location of the hotel was great, offering stunning views and close proximity to a lovely park.
The service and communication from the staff were lacking. We did not receive the promised check-in assistance in the car park and had to go into reception ourselves.

For the price we paid, we got amazing value for money. The wigwam was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, with stunning views and a nearby park for the kids to play. The staff were welcoming and efficient, making our stay pleasant from start to finish.
The only thing that could improve the breakfast menu would be a wider variety of options.
